Returns & Warranty Policy

1. Used Auto Parts

We specialize in the sale of used and pre-owned automotive parts.

Used parts may show normal signs of wear, discoloration, minor damage, or other indications of previous use. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this.

Where applicable, photographs, part numbers, vehicle information, and/or other relevant specifications will be provided with the product listing.

2. Orders and Cancellation

An order becomes binding once it has been confirmed by us.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has already been processed, purchased, reserved, or specially ordered for the customer.

This applies in particular to parts that have been specifically sourced or purchased based on vehicle information, chassis number/VIN, part number, or a specific customer request.

Where applicable law grants a consumer a statutory right to withdraw from or terminate the agreement, that statutory right shall remain fully applicable.

3. No Returns Without a Valid Reason

We do not accept returns solely because a customer has changed their mind, no longer needs the part, or no longer wishes to keep the part, to the extent that applicable law does not require such a return.

A return must be based on a valid statutory right, a demonstrable defect, an incorrect delivery, or an express return option offered by us.

4. Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Where the statutory rules regarding the right of withdrawal apply, consumers retain their legal right to withdraw from the agreement within the applicable statutory period.

The fact that a part is used does not, in itself, remove the consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal.

Where a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies, that exception shall apply accordingly.

5. Return Costs

Where the customer is legally responsible for the cost of a return, the customer shall bear the cost of returning the item.

Where a return is necessary due to an error on our part, an incorrectly supplied part, or a defect for which we are responsible, we will bear the applicable return costs.

6. Exchange Guarantee

For certain used parts, we offer an additional exchange guarantee.

If a part develops a defect during the agreed warranty period that is covered by the warranty, we will initially offer an equivalent replacement part.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not required to issue a refund where a suitable replacement is available.

If we are no longer able to supply the same part or a suitable equivalent replacement, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the part, insofar as the warranty provides for such a refund.

7. Electrical and Electronic Parts

For electrical and electronic parts, we do not offer a voluntary return option once the part has been installed, connected, or used.

Due to the nature of these parts, once they have been installed or connected, we cannot determine whether a potential problem was caused by the part itself, the installation, wiring, software, vehicle systems, or other external factors.

This provision does not limit any statutory rights of consumers where a defect exists for which we are legally responsible.

8. Incorrectly Ordered Parts

The customer is responsible for verifying that a part is suitable for their vehicle.

We strongly recommend checking the VIN/chassis number, part number, engine type, model year, and transmission type before placing an order.

An incorrectly ordered part does not automatically entitle the customer to a free replacement or refund.

Where the statutory rules on the right of withdrawal apply, those rights shall remain fully applicable.

9. Installation and Fitting

We recommend that used automotive parts are installed exclusively by a qualified and competent professional mechanic.

Before installation, please check that the part received corresponds to the part ordered.

If a part is installed without first verifying its compatibility and is subsequently found to be unsuitable, this may result in damage. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for installation or removal costs, labour costs, fluids, transportation costs, or consequential damages.

10. Warranty for Used Parts

Our additional warranty applies exclusively to the part and any components expressly covered by the applicable warranty.

Wear and tear, normal signs of use, and components not covered by the relevant warranty are excluded.

For engines, transmissions, and other major mechanical components, additional specific warranty conditions may apply. These conditions will be stated with the relevant order.

11. Damage During Transport

Please inspect the part and its packaging as soon as possible after delivery.

In the event of visible transport damage, we ask the customer to immediately take photographs of:

• the packaging;
• the shipping label;
• the part; and
• the damage.

Please report the damage to us as soon as possible thereafter.

12. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights of consumers.

Where a product does not conform to the agreement, or where any other applicable law grants the consumer a right to repair, replacement, a price reduction, termination of the agreement, a refund, or withdrawal, those rights shall remain fully applicable.

13. Requesting a Return

A return must not be sent to us without contacting us in advance.
